I have ordered stuff from karma numerous times but that was about a year ago. Seeing reviews of people not getting their things makes me not want to shop here.

Stay away from this company. They are going bankrupt and owe a lot of people money for un-shipped items that customers payed for including myself. They even shut down their customer service smh.

Promo codes do not apply to any codes on the website so they are useless.

I used to order from karmaloop all the time! My last purchase was for almost $300 before Christmas last year and they were fast; however from all the reviews Ive read, Im scared to purchase from them ever again! This was one of my favorite stores; so cheap and cute! Is this legit?!

Karmaloop has gone bankrupt and wont do anything but take your money DO NOT use this app or purchase anything off of it

I have read a bunch of the reviews on karma loop about slow receiving times and super long waits, but I have not had this problem. I usually only have to wait a week for my stuff and I have ordered numerous things with no problem on shipping.

Ive ordered awhile ago from karma and I didnt have any problems.. That was back in 2013 lol. Theres to many ppl saying they lost money from them and I cant do it.. I just cant... download it. I just have to find something better I guess. I mean I will try and see because I take risks but if something happens I will be back. I love karma so hopefully it doesnt fuxk up. I was shocked when it had 3 stars. PLNDR has the same stuff for the ppl who dont shop on karma. There just cheaper kinda.

I decided not to even purchase because the reviews terrified me. I am not sure how much the company values customer service but it is the heart of all business. Take care of your customers first, listen to their concerns before luring in new ones.

Firstly, terrible customer service, the worst I have ever witnessed. Additionally, the first order I ever made, I returned for in store credit. That was fine. However, my store credit code now says it has a zero balance. I never used it. I am beyond angry. It was about $120 dollars. I hate you, Karmaloops.

I love karma loop. It is the best and I love looking at new clothes . There are no problems and gr8 for shopping

Not going so good the app gives me one promo code but the website gives me another and also once you click on the menu section as in for your account information it will automatically close your app Im using an apple iPhone 6 plus and its at its latest software update its the app thats causing the force close not my phone please fix bug

Cant speak for everyone but my service was good, I received 4 of my 6 shirts, 2 were out of stock, they sent an email to me saying my money would be in my account in 3-5 business days and it was there in 3 days. Im satisfied

Karmaloop really needs to evaluate what its doing. These reviews are really bringing down this once trusted company.

Has great gear to shop for. No doubt. But sometimes these discount codes are a joke. It says s 40% but lots of items has restrictions. Whats the point?

Make app compatible with our third party keyboards. Everytime i click on search the app crashes because of my keyboard

So a couple of weeks ago I ordered 4 items, one was a black button up. When I received the item it was a white button up. I got a little frustrated and said hey people make mistakes so I will just have to email them to resolve this problem. When I did the person I was emailing said that I need to pay for my own shipping because they could not pay for it.!! Why would I pay for shipping if I didnt mess up my order!?!? If I could give this place negative stars I would. Never buying anything from this place ever again

Make this app compatible with apple pay!!
