Can I give it zero stars?

Firstly, terrible customer service, the worst I have ever witnessed. Additionally, the first order I ever made, I returned for in store credit. That was fine. However, my store credit code now says it has a zero balance. I never used it. I am beyond angry. It was about $120 dollars. I hate you, Karmaloops.
