I officially hate KarmaLoop. Overpriced, false advertising, & mediocre. Every time I order there is ALWAYS problems with the shipment (late, missing,damaged) and their support team is useless. NEVER AGAIN.

Every time I try to pick a category in the collections, the app crashes. Very frustrating when I am used to buying clothes from here

Great clothes, great prices. Ships late, awful customer service.

I have really good Internet connection but this App doesnt let me use it fast and loads really slow it takes up all my time. I hate using it they need to fix it!!! That why I gave one star

Customer service is the single most important part of any business. When I call the CS line my phone beeps twice and hangs up, when I E Mail I get no response. When I tweet I barely get any reply. I put in an order January 29th, and still havent gotten any tracking number or any items, just a deduction from my account. I took back my five star review to give you a real one. After the thousands Ive spent on this app I expect better, probably wont use it anymore after this until I get some substantial answers.

First time ordering something off of this app was February 5th, as of now I still have not even gotten an order or tracking number. On top of that customer service is non existent still havent replied to my email after 5 days and phone is down. Hoping I will get some sort of info on my order soon.

The app isnt working anymore after an update. Where do you even search for stuff?

Used to purchase years ago. It was very fast the times I purchase. Now present time, my first order took 3 weeks to receive. Now my second purchase, it has been almost 1 month before I get a notification that my order was cancelled.... Karma loop. Is going downhill.

You might find a lot of steals on karmaloop but that does not matter. They are so late in orders and have terrible customer service. Dont bother buying anything from here. Im still currently waiting on an order that I purchased three weeks ago. Unbelievable..

They cancelled an order I made and couldnt even have sent an email, and still charged me $2.00 for putting the order through

Best urban clothes shopping app

Every time I attempt to filter by category the app crashes. Id rather not browse thousands of items. It could be more user friendly as well. Make it so that I can use a promo code without having to search for its input location. The only pro I have is the app-only promotions.

They are defiantly going down hill. I wish I could say they have the worst customer service ever but I dont think they even have customer service. Phone is down, same repetitive emails from them. They quickly took my money but cant send me order. NEVER again!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY, DO NOT order from here

I purchased an order of over $50 about 3 months ago and have not received anything but a deduction from my account. I have contacted them frequently, only for there phone not to be picked up and more unanswered emails. Terrible terrible "company" that will steal your money. Do not order from this site.

A bunch of crooks. No response after weeks of not mailing socks I ordered. Kept my money and cancelled the order. No refund! Goodbye forever karmaloop and plndr. You lost me after years of loyalty.
